Coconut & Date Bliss Balls Recipe

Did someone say snacks? healthy snacks? YES PLEASE! I love making these healthy bliss balls – great for a quick snack on the go, in between meals or if you feeling like a naturally sweet treat without the guilt. SO TASTY & so easy to make, even my little munchins love them too!
Makes approx. 16-18 balls
– 1 cup of dates
– 1/2 cup of rolled oats
– 1/2 cup of almond meal
– 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
– 2 tbsp of chia seeds
– 2 tbsp of nut butter
– Pinch of himalayan salt
Blend all ingredients in food processor and roll into treat sized balls. And ENJOY!
Keep refrigerated.
