Vanilla CHIA PUDDING Recipe

🍓EASY mornings start with EASY – 3 ingredient Vanilla CHIA PUDDING recipe 😋
Seriously so EASY so DELICIOUS & nutritious🤤 I love this for brekky or a snack!
CHIA SEEDS are packed full of
– protein 💪
– fibre 💩
– omega 3’s 🧠
– calcium 🦴
Serves 2:
– 1/4 cup chia seeds
– 1/2 tsp natural vanilla extract
– 1 cup of plant based milk (my fav is half almond & half coconut milk)
– Optional a dash of maple syrup (or choice of sweetener)
How to:
Mix all ingredients together well and transfer & divide into to two glass jars, set aside in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or overnight) for quick ready to go brekky! Top with your favourite fresh fruit & ENJOY 🤤
